The location is really good, not crowed even the main road. Its easy to park at the back lane and the bus stop is near by.

− The facilities look like they are new but they are clearly recycled and the low quality of the work is noticeable. If we are going to talk about the price I paid for the stay, this accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. The shower in the bathroom leaks water, the windows do not work properly, and the toilet easily gets clogged. The bed, in addition to having a hard mattress, makes noise just by lying down, they could get a better one since I paid almost 200 AUD per day. The remote control for the television didn't work and on top of that the Netflix session was closed. And here comes what surprised me the most, GABRIEL, the host, responded to me very rudely, saying I should log in with my Netflix. Communication from Gabriel was very poor, he never answered my calls and then sent me some text messages from a different number and the worst he did at the end off my bad stay, he charged me money from the bond for coming to fix a window that came out while I was watching television. In short, I felt it was a scam my entire stay for the poor quality of the apartment and GABRIEL services were the worst I ever had travelling around the world, I felt honesly that all was supero unprepared and where ready to find any issue to discount from the bond, since first minute I enter to the apartment, and at the end, I was right.

We left the property. Its bathroom / laundry abd toilet are in one very small opening. Bathroom in shower and roof were full of mould. It was so tight you had to squeeze between the shower and basin. The toilet was behind the door. No air con and is on the second floor. Sun blaring in. It was a sweat box!!!. Had to very small fans on the floor neither of them had coverings to protect the fan. No where to even put them. No side draws. Living space and kitchen nice but you can not stay in there through a hot day. Its up some fairly tight stairs. The entrance in absolutely stunk!!!!.. the smell is over whelming. There is also no parking. It is all permit parking and you can not park in front of the garage instructed. The car will cover footpath and boot will slightly stick out onto road and it is a busy road. We were asked to move soon as we stopped. The bathroom is so tight. The mirror is old and rusted. It is a shame because it could be comfortable. Having zero cooling makes this apartment extremely uncomfortable and it has zero shade so it has full sun exposure. Please ask for contact details and phone to call before even thinking about hiring the apartment. The owner had my number because i had booked it and when i emailed him about the parking, the responses stopped and i had no other contact details, they had all my details and had called me a few times from a private number so i could mot teturn the missed call and when i found his number, he had blocked me.

Immeuble vieux, plein de cafards, appartement avec une mauvaise odeur. Sol de la cuisine collant. Canapé taché et moquette pas propre. Dans la chambre les luminaires défectueux et dangereux. Pas d'aération. Malgré la bombe désodorisante l'odeur a persisté pendant tout le séjour. Je suis déçu que vous ayez pu proposer un tel appartement à la location. Cela ne vous ressemble pas!!!.
