10.0Tutto veramente fantastico, parcheggio privato e un supermercato vicino, posto tranquillo a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi dalla spiaggia, la ragazza che ci ha accolto super disponibile e gentile. Tutto impeccabile se si vuol usufruire di un posto per dormire la sera se si è al mare.

− Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, il prezzo non rispecchia gli standard considerando che: -rumore continuo tra flusso auto e treni e le finestre non sono insonorizzate -rumore ulteriore di una cane di un’abitazione privata vicina che abbaia in continuazione -forte odore di fumo dall’ingresso fino al piano superiore…è molto fastidioso
