1.0the embience is very lovely
− The room was extremely cold during winter, and there was no heater provided, which made the stay very uncomfortable. My mom said they even did not use the bathroom bc it’s too dark and cold. The owner was also very rude and displayed discriminatory behavior. I booked the room for my mother and aunt, who do not speak English. I only accompanied them to help them check in and explain the room and facilities, but the owner repeatedly told me that visitors were not allowed to stay, even though I was just assisting them. Then I left within 2 mins. Afterward, the owner falsely accused us of having three people stay overnight instead of the two guests included in the booking. When I asked for security camera footage or any other evidence to support this claim, none could be provided. My mum and my aunty slept on different side of the bed so that put the pillow on both side of the bed to avoid disturbing was the evidence used by the mean owner to accuse 3 person stayed. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience due to both the poor accommodation conditions and the owner’s attitude.
