Great location, bit overpriced for a dated property

− Dated, needs some money invested. Small things like loose toilet roll holders, splits in toilet seat in main bathroom upstairs that pinched your skin whenever you sat down, showerheads terrible and water pressure bad upstairs, garage remote control only worked 30% of the time, bottom rack of dishwasher broken, number of plantation shutters in main bedroom broken, etc

10.0Das Haus ist einfach klasse. Gross, in einer Sackgasse gelegen, gute Möglichkeiten Sport zu machen, direkt am Meer gelegen und hat damit einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Ozean. Das Pool ist groß genug, um darin zu schwimmen. Leider kann man im Meer aufgrund von möglichen Crocs nicht schwimmen, dafür hat man ein großes Pool. Sogar eine große Garage ist dabei. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.
