8.0The hotel is in a great location, next to the lake, and we had a great view from the VIP room at the front of the hotel. The hotel has a car park. The VIP room was very spacious with a lounge area and bedroom. It’s a great location for the the boat trip across the lake and for walking along the lakeside. Breakfast was basic but fine.

10.0The hotel is just the front of a lake in Payao. Around the hotel, there are some restaurants and shops. it is quite comfortable.

10.0This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Phayao. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place. My room had a view of the famous swamp (nicer than it sounds!) It's nice to stroll around the swamp perimeter around sunset in the vicinity of the hotel.
