− Esta un poco alejado (1 cuadra del pórtico de ingreso) en plena pendiente y el acceso no es tan fácil. Además para estacionar te piden dejes la llave y ellos lo estacionan. Y te cobran por separado 44 reales por día

− De esquecerem de colocar toalhas no quarto e eu só percebi depois de estar no chuveiro .sem contar que o ramal telefone não funcionava. Detestei !!!!

8.0O Hotel tem ótimas instalações, e a localização é boa... Dá pra fazer uma caminhada até o centro ou o Lago Negro, mas a maioria das atrações ficam a R$10 ou R$20 de Uber, que foi nossa maior forma de deslocamento lá. Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom!
− O banheiro "voltava" um cheiro de esgoto ruim, mas nem chegamos a notificar a equipe. O quarto não era super silencioso, mas isso depende muito dos hóspedes vizinhos, e, de toda forma, não atrapalhou em nada a estadia.
