− Lavatório do banheiro entupido. Terraço sujo. Pouco sabonete disponível e de baixa qualidade. Solicitamos mais com a camareira. Café da manhã não compatível com um hotel 4 estrelas. Poucas frutas, demora na reposição dos produtos, baixa qualidade de produtos. Processo de entrega do carro do manobrista ruim. Demora absurda para entrega do carro quando precisávamos dele para sair do hotel.
