Delicious breakfast and great location
7.0Hotel El Aram Beach has an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy João Pessoa's beaches, restaurants, and attractions. The service was very good throughout our stay. The valet parking staff were quick, careful, and professional, and the R$25 daily fee was well worth the convenience. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options, including freshly made tapiocas, omelets, and eggs prepared to order.
− Unfortunately, the hotel falls short when it comes to maintenance. The swimming pools, game room, stairways, guest rooms, and the property in general show clear signs of poor upkeep. Room cleanliness also needs significant improvement, as the housekeeping standards do not match the price charged. Considering the rates and compared with other hotels in João Pessoa, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. With better maintenance and much higher cleaning standards, it could provide a far better guest experience.
