A little gem.
10.0Location very good for our onward journey to the channel tunnel. Charming Village and delightful staff.
− Being able to stay for longer😁

10.0This property is full of character. Its age adds to its appeal. The breakfast was excellent and the bar has a fine choice of drinks. Lovely garden and helpful staff.
Disappointing
5.0None served until after 9am, so had a picnic basket. Not ideal.
− Rooms are small and breakfast needs to be available from 8am latest. Expensive for what it was.
Lovely stay in a cozy historic pub with lots of character in a perfect countryside setting
10.0Very lovely historic pub from 1500s with beautiful rooms and great small touches like live flowers, port wine compliment, fresh milk in the room. The free standing bath was huge and very romantic. The food and breakfast were great. Really enjoyed staying here for our Weekend trip across Kent. Would love to visit again!
− Nothing. As a minor thing maybe would be good to be able to order main menu dishes from the pub to the garden.
Paradise
9.0Everything
− Bedrooms a little too quirky and a proper shower would help
