Totally overrated
3.0the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water.
− Nothing really was good and as per my expectations given that the place was termed as 5 star there was nothing 5 star about it. Breakfast was Ala carte and ordinary. The location was a good 10-15 minute walk to pub Street old market and riverside ... the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water. Ac and fridge took forever to come to working terms and it was hot even at the reception they wouldn't turn the fan on. It was burning hot.

10.0Este hotel es una auténtica joya. Es moderno, está bien cuidado y tiene una relación calidad-precio increíble. Pero lo que realmente lo hace especial es el personal. Son amables, serviciales y simpáticos. El recepcionista de noche que nos atendió fue especialmente encantador y se desvivió por ayudarnos.
