Hotel did not let me check in, claiming that I am a foreigner, and it only realised that issue on the morning I was supposed to show up. This left me without any accomodation in an unfamiliar town when I showed up at 6pm. And to make it worse, Expedia was not helpful. No one was online for me to ask for help. Until now, I was not refunded.
