10.0There is a reason why many people in the reviews say this is the best hotel the have ever been to Amazing staff, wonderful view, clean, luxurious hotel. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

10.0Excellent stay. Mosses and the entire Melia Serengeti staff were nice, friendly, accommodating and warm. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like home during our stay. Would recommend staying here. :)
