10.0Le personnel de la réception très gentil et souriant. On vous explique correctement les différents endroit ou ascenseur à utilisé pendant votre séjour. Chambre très lumineuse avec balcon, très propre, accès internet très simple et gratuit, la literie super confortable, bouilloire, machine à café, frigidaire, coffre-fort à disposition. Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Le spa vraiment agréable avec ça piscine. Le personnel pour les soins d'une douceur, aimable et très professionnel. Le restaurant on c'est vraiment régaler pour le petit-déjeuner ou le repas du soir. Les serveurs, serveuses très sympathiques ils sont vraiment attentifs pour que vous soyez satisfait. Je recommande I.L.Y hôtel
