2.0Una verguenza de establecimiento, estuve 1 hora esperando a que el guardia del hotel logre comunicarse con el administrador, porque no tenia ningun siatema para verificar mi codigo de reserva, encima no queria gasta su cresito para llamar y tuve que llamar de mi celular consumiendo mis datos de Panama, su sistema es manual, cuanso llega el huesped el portero tiwnw que llamar al administrador y si este no contesta o no esta disponible tienes que esperar hasta 1 hora como en mi caso. El asensor de la izquierda esta dañado, mientras esperaba bajo alguien a infirmar que wl asensor se habia parado en el piso 3, asi que solo queda subir oor el de la derecha. Es una verguenza que Expedia permita este tipo de hoteles en su plataforma, puedwn revisar mis registros de viajes y uso bastante esta app y nunca me paso algo asi. Si no era que le llame la atencion al portero y le llame mas de 20 veces, me.hubieran dejado afuera toda la noche. Verguenza de verdad.
