10.0Everything- Location, heritage look, antique ambiance, grand and very popular cafe. Most importantly, the hotel manager and his whole staff were so cordial, polite and welcoming.

− Issue with the booking hence the only low score Our booking Included breakfast and had Reduced rates for lunch and dinner ( booking .com) but these were not honoured even when I queried it …. You need to update your booking.com sites as we paid more for breakfast

10.0The atmosphere, the impeccable clean and cosy room, the little garden at the back. Very quiet. The staff is super efficient and the manager is very warm hearted and kind.
