10.0The property was in a perfect location which was walking distance to everywhere. The train station was 10 minutes walk and the terminal for catching the boat for the Cinque Terre was also 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, very clean and had lots of storage and furnished with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. Cristina the host was amazing and was on hand every day to answer questions and even procured beach towels for us to use. There is a kitchen for shared use with a coffee machine which was much appreciated! And an external terrace to sit on should you wish to eat your meals at the property.

10.0Cristina was awesome as hostess! Great property, very clean, very well Located as you have everything at walking distance. A 12 minute walk from train station. Great place to Stay if visiting La Spezia, Cinqueterre and Porto Venere.

10.0This was one of the best places I have stayed anytime. The host was super friendly and offered an espresso and a chat in the morning, the room just as expected and also the cleanest rooms! Did not expect this level for the price, very very good. Also very short walk feom everything, both nice restaurants, bars and the harbour. Very good place to go from if visiting Cinque Terre or other places nearby. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the umbrellqs to borrow 😉

10.0The room was excellent and had everything we needed, and Cristina and her family are absolutely excellent hosts! Kitchen, laundry, and lovely shared balcony also!
