10.0The property was very clean and organized. The only issue was with the management agency. I sent an email and phoned regarding the safe and they could not get a response to me until 3 days into my stay. Had I locked my passport up and was not able to access it for my trip home that would have been a disaster. The agent should be much more responsive.
