Very noisy neighbors. Lower apartments hear everything from the upstairs. Very nice location and amenities.

Great location, but unit internet wasn’t working. Even after calling, still wouldn’t work (even TV). A/C unit in one room didn’t work.

Cockroaches and Poor communication

When we first arrived, we found that appliances were a little outdated with the exception of the microwave. The fridge barely kept things cold. The dishes all smelled like the cabinets, which was not pleasant and we ended up washing everything before we used them so our food didn't taste like the smell. We then found the start of cockroaches in our unit. We contacted the reservation company, as well as the property management, when we found out that they had professionally sprayed before we arrived (same day) and they said that sometimes that brings them out. They came and sprayed one other time while we were there, but this was of concern because we had a toddler with us, as well as me being 4 months pregnant. When we asked for a different remedy because overall there were 10 full size cockroaches that we encountered, we received no response either by phone or email. When I requested a refund or compensation for having to deal with this issue, I got no response.

Great location. Fantastic area for walking, golf and family. Loved it.
