8.0安さの割に良い。 スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 朝食のパンはとても美味しかったです。
− クーラーの効きが悪かったのでフィルターを見たら、目詰まりしていたので掃除機で吸ったら快適になりました。 Wi-Fiが弱い。 出来ればトイレもウォシュレットがいい。
よくなかった。残念。
2.0🦜がいた。
− ①温泉施設なのに、温泉がぬるい、冷たい。 ⚪︎男湯の場合 水を出して温泉の熱さ調整していいみたいにな っていたが、出しっぱなしであったためぬる い、というか、冷たかった。 ⚪︎女湯の場合 ブレーカーが、とかボイラーがとか言って、 21時には温まります、といいながら全く温ま らなかった。 仕方なくサウナで暖をとってたらゴキブリが死 んでたらしい。 ②従業員のかたの対応が良くない。 男湯を見に来た人から「申し訳ありません」などの 謝罪は一切なかった。女湯の方も最初全くなく、 最後でようやく謝罪があったようだ。 ③トイレの鍵がない。 ④冷蔵庫が、夜中、何度も定期的にウイーンってうるさくなる。

掃除してください。シャワー室はカビだらけだったので私が掃除しました。
1.0部屋は掃除が出来ていませんでした。部屋の隅っこは埃があるし押し入れも埃だらけだし、シャワー室はカビだらけでした。 大浴場も掃除が出来てなかった。途中の階段も埃だらけでした。
− 施設のいいところはありません。
楽しかった
8.0小さい子がいたのでプールが利用出来るのが良かった。 朝食のパンバイキングが美味しかった。 スタッフが親切で笑顔が良かった！
− 畳が痛んでいた。 2階の廊下は冷房がきいてなく暑かった。
