− The access with a stroller was very difficult (inside the hotel) a lot of stairs

9.0A praia do alojamento é espetacular (tem acesso através de um elevador e tem uma área privada para os hóspedes do hotel). Todas as áreas do hotel estão cuidadosamente pensadas e desenhadas , vista muito bonita). Fomos em regime de meia-pensão , o buffet era variado e todos os dias com alguns pratos dedicados a diferentes cozinhas.
− A limpeza dos quartos não era a melhor , além de cabelos , o nosso quarto , talvez por ser no R/C tinha diariamente várias formigas. As toalhas de acesso à praia / piscina para serem lavadas tinham um custo acrescido de 5€. Não nos era disponibilizada água diariamente, apenas 1 garrafa no momento de chegada.

8.0Un bellissimo resort dove potersi rilassare. Ottima la qualità e la quantità del cibo. Ottimi anche i servizi per arrivare in spiaggia. .
− La camera nel complesso era pulita ma mi sarei aspettata di più nella pulizia del bagno, in particolare dei pezzi sanitari. La posizione del Kids club risulta scomoda per chi ha passeggini.
