− TV wasn't working Slats missing from vertical blinds in both bedroom and bathroom

1.0The location.
− The property was in very bad shape, especially the bathroom. It was poorly ventilated, and the window only opened slightly. The room was as hot as hell. The staff were rude and unsupportive.

− The face they charge 50 damage fee but the room is alresdy damaged sofa holding on by a washing bowl stains and dirt up the walls blinds broke no curtains so there wss constantly light comeing threw couldn't sleep bed was rock hard uncomfortable woke up with bites on my body and itching like no tomorrow

There are currently tram extension roadworks happening outside the hotel, and it can get noisy. These should be completed by September 2018.
