Okay, unhelpful Japanese staff
5.0Okay location, walking distance to metro and Dotonbori. Nice foreign staff working there. The Japanese staff very unhelpful, and were unwilling to call our next hotel to check if they accepted luggage forwarding. We made that request 6 PM, and the Japanese man working in the reception said it was too late. Totally unprofessional.

8.0必要充分な設備と清潔感。
− 靴べらが部屋に置いてなかったので不便だった。 テレビはAirPlayだったが、テレビ側の設定状況が原因で接続はできなかった。 洗面所の鏡の付いた棚がかなり張り出していて、少し頭を前に傾けただけで頭にぶつかる位置にあるので、使いにくかった。 チェックアウトは標準が10時だが、朝がせわしくなるので、11時の方が良い。
