Terrible Customer Service Not Allowing To Check-In on a Pre-Paid Reservation.
1.0− We had made a Pre-Paid Reservation for a Triple Room. We were unable to check-in to the TRIPLE ROOM because we were THREE guests! How in the world are you not able to check into a room with three beds if you have three guests. Nightmare. Bad customer service. Will never stay here again.
