− We had to walk to the hotel for check in which was hard if you have a lot of luggage.
Es war zwar schön wieder am Wolfgangsee Urlaub zu machen aber wir waren leider von einigen Punkten enttäuscht
4.0Die Lage ist gut und der Strand des Apartmenthauses ist nett
− Ich bin seit meiner Kindheit mit meiner Familie im weißen Rössl regelmäßig zu Gast. Ich habe Ihr Haus demnach inzwischen etwa zwanzig Mal besucht und bin davon ausgegangen, dass Stammgäste zumindest in gewissem Maße wahrgenommen und wertgeschätzt werden. Umso befremdlicher war es für mich, dass man mir an der Rezeption erneut den Weg zum Apartmenthaus erklärte, als wäre ich zum ersten Mal bei Ihnen. Mir ist bewusst, dass nicht jeder Mitarbeiter jeden Gast persönlich kennen kann. Allerdings erwarte ich von einem Hotel, das auf Service und Gastfreundschaft Wert legt, einen deutlich aufmerksameren Umgang mit langjährigen Stammgästen. Nach rund zwanzig Aufenthalten hätte ich zumindest eine gewisse Wiedererkennung oder einen Hinweis in Ihrem System erwartet. Außerdem war unser Zimmer staubig und hatte nicht die Ausstattung, die wir erwartet hatten.

9.0Die Lage der Unterkunft, der Seeblick, die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Freundinnen Ausflug
− Leider waren nur für die Hälfte der Gäste Badetücher und Handtücher vorhanden. Um weitere zu erhalten hätten wir ins Weiße Rössel gehen müssen da in der Unterkunft kein Personal war.
