10.0Toda a equipe muito bem educada e prestativa. Sempre que precisávamos de alguma informação, algo para o quarto e até marcar passeio eles estavam dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã gostoso e ambiente muito aconchegante. Está perto de supermercados e de pequenos restaurantes.

4.0This hotel is in keeping with most in Chile. Room was OK but in need of repairs. Breakfast was nice and service adequate.

10.0Foi tranquila! Mesmo com a sorte de se hospedar com um grupo enorme de adolescentes transitando. Mas o gerente foi bem solicito quando precisamos de uma intervenção por causa de barulho.

4.0Hotel is 2km out of Pucon, rooms seem to be old and outdated. No air conditioning and very noisy with many big bus groups of kids.
