− The checkin process what a nightmare. They didn’t accept the name on booking.com. I emailed the email they provided with an approval and copy of the passport providing identity and they still wouldn’t allow my colleague to checkin. The manager was incredibly difficult on the phone. No sense of customer service. My colleagues had traveled from Ukraine (an active war zone!) and my passport and email used to book consent for them to checkin was said to not be enough. They said it’s a booking.com issue. Work this out.

7.0Stayed for a night between connecting flights. Hotel was very handy to Heathrow airport with a direct bus to get you there. Had a good gym, staff were friendly and there is a Tesco express just down the street.
