Not as good as it looks
2.0A hotel booked because of its high rating and we also booked their most expensive room - a royal suite. The hotel complex is indeed very beautiful, with an amazing view, a huge room and a huge balcony. The room is located on the second floor and it was very uncomfortable to carry the luggage up. There is no elevator. There is a restaurant with very delicious food. Also, breakfast was good. There is private parking on site. The reception women was very rude and spoke in a condescending and condescending manner. On the first day we discovered that there was a problem with hot water in the shower. The next morning before we left the hotel I asked her to fix it. When we called back in the evening and asked if the matter had been fixed, I received an answer "I hope so". It was clear that nothing had been taken care of and it was indeed even worse than the previous day, we had to shower with freezing water to such a degree that my daughters even cried about it. In addition, there is no insect screen on any window!!! And this is in a hotel located inside a winery and full of bees, flies and all kinds of other flying creatures. The next morning there was another, very nice person at the front desk and after we complained about the whole unpleasant experience, she gave us a small discount and a symbolic gift. Do not recommend at all!
Perfect choice for a short break with or without bikes.
10.0Great location, just 3 min walk from main town Center Mikulov. Very spacious grounds, ample parking and space for bikes. The food in the restaurants is very delicious, I ate there 2x during my stay.
The perfect spot in South Moravia
10.0If you are looking for a beautiful oasis in South Moravia, the Ryzlink Hotel is the right place. I spent 4 days here and will remember it for a long time. Beautiful surroundings, helpful staff, professionalism, beautiful design, great food. I will definitely come back. I can 100% recommend it, I have absolutely nothing to change or complain about. It's the perfect place to explore not only Mikulov but the whole beautiful surroundings.

10.0Rooms wer OK, Breakfast also OK, Diners in restaurant was delicious. Waiters reali professionals. Ukrainians cleaning did good job. Sauna should be for free.
Do not hesitate to try it (to taste it and to relax)
10.0Exclusive location (see the photo), delicious meals and exclusive wines, friendly and willing staff, stylish rooms (but especially for "new couples" could be pretty challenging to handle with the specific toilet placement, or more exactly with its unusual way of (non)separation from bedroom). In general, regardless such almost negligible errors, it is comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Mikulov.
