Lovely place that is convenient in Frankston to everything.

− The stairs. I understand not much you can do, but I wasn’t aware and I have an injury that made it hard to walk down them.

7.0The room was great, beds were comfy with good pillows & had a bar fridge. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be.
− Check in reception door was locked, sign said to ring the bell which we did fairly constantly, whilst trying to call the phone number provided for any assistance which went unanswered on aleast 6 occasions. Were weren't the only people waiting for check in, there was another couple who were waiting for 10mins before us! So after 25mins I end up walking around the building and walked through the restaurant with all my bags! Found the reception lady working in the restaurant. She was quite rude, basically saying I was lying about ringing the bell, trying to call & waiting for 25mins even though there were 5 people all waiting to check in! Not great customer service!
