I felt like I needed a shower when I left
2.0Leaving the property
− First room I was given wasn’t made up. I was then moved to a very poor quality very well used and aged room. Carpets were awful, bathroom had black mould and broken tiles and fittings. The brekfast was awful and non existent. The eggs look like they’d been there days and the other guests were saying the same. Would never stay there again. Also I was charged twice for 1 night and still waiting for a refund

− Check-in process, at the hotel was confusing, and embarrassing.
The rating is VERY deceiving.
4.0Yogurt was good. Room was outdated and not very clean and can say the same for elevator and hallways.
− Dirty; worn out.
Not a good experience.
4.0The condition of the hotel was run down. The furniture in the room was damaged, and rickety. The wifi connection was unstable. The sound proofing was pore,and the noise from the highway was loud.

8.0While the breakfast was one the weak side, the hotel made up for it. Clean kitchen with enough to eat in the room. Water pressure decent, bed comfy and staff very friendly and helpful.
