− The photos provided on booking were outdated and misleading. Off a VERY noisy street. Bring earplugs.

1.0No wifi and no signal if you want to use ur own data . You cannot connect to internet in the room , you need to go outside each time you want to use your phone , the plug next to my head was not working i asked the staff they didnt do anything about it .

5.0The setup was nice. The rooms were nice. A plus was the two cute cats in the area.
− The staff was very rude. The bathroom smelled like urine and the drain was blocked which resulted in the entire bathroom floor filled with the shower water. There were cobwebs in the bathroom indicating that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned. When we asked for coffee, which you can order for room service, they didn't have milk for two days. When we asked the first time for coffee they said we can go to the shop up the road. Very unprofessional. The floor in the room was very dirty aswell. The lights in the room didn't work when we arrived and had to ask them to fix it. The room AC wasn't working very well and couldn't keep the room cold. When asked if we could order food from outside, they said 'no', we had to order from their restaurant.
