10.0Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive and were proactive in ensuring we had a great stay. We enjoyed staying here so much we extended our stay and we were accommodated with a great price. Big Thank you to all the staff and we hope to stay again in the future.
− Some Grab drivers have trouble locating the hotel however this is absolutely minor and no fault at all of the hotel at all, just walk to the gate if you order food and you'll be fine.

10.0Staff amazing,so helpful the room was great size with a great pool , it location is in the heart of Rawai but it’s tucked away from the busy street .Beautiful Thai family that own the place and u can also grab a scooter
