9.0It was very central, with lots of shops and restaurants etc all around. Andrea let us use the room earlier thsn the checking in time, so we were able to go there straight from the train station. Room small but well equipped, with kettle and small fridge. We were given information on restaurants etc, with discount vouchers for some. Room was nicely decorated, cottage style. When we left we were able to leave our bags in the lobby to collect later. Lovely town, beautiful views of the city walls and lake. Did two boat trips which we really enjoyed.
− Bed frame. I kept on banging my leg on the corner.

10.0Perfect location, nice cozy and well designed rooms, perfect staff, very attentive and supportive. Provided with tips and advices how to spend time, list of restaurants to visit and vouchers for discounts in this restaurants. Everything was perfect
