We made a big mistake lost a lot of money in the house and host selfless help us to send it back to Taiwan. we are graceful for their help. "The landlord's father even helped us resolve an issue with our car running low on AdBlue and personally drove with us to the gas station. We are so grateful for their generosity and willingness to help. Every aspect—the facilities, service, scenery, and warm hospitality—deserves the highest recommendation. You must definitely come and visit!"

A környék nagyon szép, csendes, a patak és a tó pár perc sétára van. A szállás tiszta volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, tágas szobák, négy tagú családunk kényelmesen elfért.

− A ház körül nem volt gondozott a növényzet.

Pleasant stay

Excellent location at the quiet end of the lake. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the lake via the playpark and campsite. Apartment is modern and clean.

− While the apartment itself was great, outside the chalet and the apartment door was quite unkept with lots of miscellaneous items e.g. other guests belongings. This was a bit odd and not in keeping with the modern apartment. Check-in process is a bit impersonal - more effort could be taken to show us to where the apartment is and how to access it.

Enjoyable stay

Excellent location - there is a good playpark next to the chalet which our children enjoyed. We also liked the short walk (10mins) to the lake via the campsite. It is possible to eat at the campsite while the children use the park up in the trees (free). We also rented Padel boards and canoes from the campsite at a reasonable price. The scenery surrounding the chalet is stunning, it's a very tranquil and peaceful location. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and clean. We particularly liked the velux windows that can flip upside down to turn into a balcony.

− Finding the correct chalet was not straightforward so some signage would help. Additionally, the check in process was a bit impersonal and lacked information (I believe it was the owners dad); we were handed some keys and pointed in the general direction of our apartment. It would be nice to be shown to the door and how to access the apartment etc (it's an electronic key fob system that was not obvious). While the apartment itself was clean and modern, the stairwell to the apartment and exterior of the chalet were unkept. Outside the apartment door there were items such as previous guests lost property and cleaning equipment. Outside the chalet there was other miscellaneous items that were not in keeping with the luxurious feel of the apartment itself. These are some minor details that would have improved the stay but overall we recommend this apartment.

Apartment in an excellent location with very good equipment for comfortable stay. Check-in was simple and parking as well. A/c was pretty useful during the hot summer days. Really close to a beach at Bohinj lake.
