10.0Location was amazing, quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and modernized. Air conditioning was great. Host Brando was very friendly and informative. He recommended an excellent winery nearby and restaurant and beach area in Cecina. Thank you Brando we enjoyed them all! Beautiful walk down the gravel road here with views. We spent seven nights here exploring Tuscany.

10.0We loved it! The location is centeral to so many beautiful towns but this is a quiet, peaceful location to relax at the end of the day! It’s possible to do day trips in every direction! Arthur was very helpful and accommodating with great recommendations for the local area. The one bedroom apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

10.0Although hard to find at first (look for Villa Graziella sign), it was an absolute gem. We were welcomed as if we were family. The larger villa where we had our apartment was perfect for a family of four. It was a total Tuscany experience-from the sights to the smells of the lavender and rosemary bushes at our door. We would definitely go back! Owners also make their own wine. Fabulous!
