It wasn’t bad but could be better
6.0Staff was nice but did not properly deal with key cars so had to go back down to get a key card that would work. She handled it well.
− There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower over the top of the curtain. Gross and and because if they find damage like dirty cloths and towels they will charge for that. Not a fan of others used linens and or being responsible for others! So is it a gimic to get something out of someone or is it the cleaning staff? Who knows?
