10.0Wir hatten im Hotel Soulsisters in Kaprun eine absolut außergewöhnliche Zeit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaubliche Positivität und Herzlichkeit der Rezeptionschefin Mariyana. Sie hat uns vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein, und mit ihrer warmen Art unseren gesamten Aufenthalt geprägt. Meine Frau und ich waren komplett überwältigt von der Freundlichkeit, dem Service und der Atmosphäre im Haus. Das Soulsisters ist nicht nur eine Unterkunft – es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
− Uns hat tatsächlich nichts an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten zu keiner Zeit einen Grund zur Beanstandung. Alles war sauber, herzlich geführt und perfekt organisiert – wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt einfach nur genießen.
