8.0We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a weekend.

10.0We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!

6.0The matron insisted we turn OFF the much needed A/C during the day. It NEVER got cool during the hot night. Beyond ridiculous! That alone made the stay very miserable. Breakfast was not great. The several keys needed for everything was a big pain. Definitely would NEVER stay there again.

10.0The perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Vatican and central Rome but also 2 blocks from the metro to go straight to the Colloseum / other further sights. Very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a separate bathroom (which was our own with a key) and there is a shared kitchen space with espresso, milk and basic cereals for breakfast. Very easy and comfortable, we would stay here again!
