Très décevant et mensonger
4.0L'emplacement proche du centre ville historique de parlerme. L'appartement et la décoration des chambres, assez originale !
− L’annonce mentionne un parking privé, ce qui est absolument faux. Il s'agit uniquement de parkings publics payants aux alentours qui nécessitent d'emprunter des ruelles extrêmement étroites (similaires à des boyaux) : totalement inaccessibles avec un véhicule classique ou familial. Le logement se situe en zone à trafic limité (ZTL payante). Malgré nos relances répétées avant le séjour pour obtenir des consignes d'accès (pensant qu'il y avait un parking dans l'établissement), l'hôte n'a jamais répondu à nos questions. Le seul message que nous ayons reçu était 4 jours avant pour demander notre heure d'arrivée. À notre arrivée, le père de l'hôte nous a accueillis. Parlant uniquement italien, il a été incapable de nous renseigner sur le fonctionnement de la ZTL ou du parking. Communication très compliquée même avec les traducteurs disponibles sur les portables En pleine canicule à Palerme (près de 43 °C), la climatisation fonctionnait très mal... Elle n'était même pas allumée quand nous sommes arrivés tard le soir ! Il faut savoir aussi que les appartements se situent au 4e étage sans ascenseur, attention aux grosses valises à porter ! Aucun produit frais (produits industriels premiers prix) au petit déjeuner, des viennoiseries rassis datant de la veille ou de l'avant-veille, et de simples petites briques de jus pour enfants en guise de boisson. En résumé : un manque total de communication de l'hôte, des informations mensongères sur l'annonce, nous avons été très déçus par rapport aux commentaires élogieux qui étaient faits sur cet établissement !

10.0The location was about 15 from the bus line. Walking distance from sites and good restaurants. The host was also awesome and easy to communicate , accommodating and helpful. Oh and the morning breakfast was Molto bene!
− The only problem was that the shower drain was very slow, it did eventually drain. The shower pressure was nice though. You just had to make it quick for fear of overflowing. Honestly it was the nicest bathroom I had experienced in most of my abnb / hotels in Italy tho so that was good.
