− Not basic necessities were there in the room and the room was very small for 2 adults and the TV was not good

Perfect in every way
9.0The room was spacious and very comfortable except that it was a little too warm at night, due to the exceptional weather. Used the fan supplied but it was a too noisy for sleeping. Otherwise the room was excellent. Fantastic shower. Breakfast was delicious, everything that you could wish for. As we were attending a funeral at the Cathedral, the location was perfect.
− Just the heat in the room at night. But this was due to the extremely warm weather that the UK is experiencing at present.
Really loved the hotel. And will stay again.
9.0I feel we had an upgraded room. Many thanks. It was my husband’s birthday. There was a plate with Happy Birthday on and two brownies. Lovely touch. Thank you.
− Bed was a little firm for me but no reflection on anything.
