10.0This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again.

8.0Liked: lovely spacious apartment with an enclosed balcony overlooking the lake. Well equipped and clean. Great location for Zell am See and surrounding area. Didn’t like: One of the bedrooms and the open living space do not have blinds on roof windows which are directly above the bed ‘ sofa beds so the rooms were bathed in light at 5am. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Next to train station and crossing, loud crossing signal and trains through the night/early am.
