10.0It is the cutest little cottage. Very clean with lots to do rain or shine. Only 15 minutes from all the activities in Rotorua, yet it is far enough out to enjoy a little taste of peaceful country life. Her Alpacas are adorable, we got to gather fresh eggs for breakfast, and relax in the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rotorua.

10.0So nice to be at a B&B out of town on a farm after spending many nights in motels. The Vintage room is very comfortable and private and has a large seating area. Marianne is a lovely person and breakfast was very good.
