− The design of this place was meant to prevent anyone from getting a good night's sleep. 1. All the windows were thinly and partially shield by a thin veil. I wouldn't even call them curtains. The sun was up at 5am and hitting our faces. 2. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The one outside has an aircon. The one inside does not. If you sleep inside, you will be warm and uncomfortable. If you sleep outside, there is a huge emergency exit light that shines brightly at your face and eyes all night. So either room you choose, you will suffer. Again, sunrise will wake you up because they did not install proper curtains. 3. The whole house is extremely poorly insulated from sound. Take one step anywhere, and the entire house creaks. Everytime someone wakes up to go to the toilet at night, everyone else can hear. None of us manage to get any good rest. I'm just glad we only booked it for 2 nights.
