Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut für Ausflüge, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was von Vorteil ist, da die Öffis meist nur bis 22 Uhr fahren. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, ein 7eleven ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Hotel hat vielleicht schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich, das Personal ist aber sehr bemüht, alles sauber und in Schuss zu halten.
