Great area and location. The unit needs complete updates on furniture, kitchen, and needs to be cleaned.

Location and comfort

− Old furniture, dirty throughout the property. Have to climb back steps through an exterior restaurant kitchen area to enter the property. Not accommodating with a late checkout even though no one was coming in after us.

If you can deal with the entry through the restaurant storage area, the apartment is pretty cool.

Once you make it through the gauntlet, up 2 flights of stairs which are behind their restaurant which is filthy, full of trash , refrigeration, and storage , you can finally make your way to a pretty cool apartment with a beautiful view out to Araha beach. The living area is very large with 2 large comfortable bedrooms. There is nothing close to luxury here , it’s dated but feels pretty nice once inside.

− The 3 worst parts were as mentioned, the walk up is through a very dirty , back outdoor rooms of the restaurant. There was construction going on. It was every single day with a jack hammer. When we complained they said they told us but they didn’t. And lastly the kitchen has basically only a few items. No cups for coffee nor a coffee maker, no cups for tea. No small bowls or soy sauce bowls. Only big plates and big bowls and glasses. It was extremely limited. It seems they could easily pick up a few things at Daiso and it would really help.

A localização é ótima! E o atendimento foi cordial! Apesar da obra que estavam fazendo, reclamamos e tivemos o reembolso de um valor!

− Não é limpo, na verdade não é um resort,, não é como nas fotos! Fomos avisados em cima da hora que ia estar em obras durante nossa estadia! Tivemos problemas com falta de água! Os móveis são muito velhos! A geladeira não fechava direito!

Nothing

− When we arrived the couch was dirty covered in sand and stains. There was bugs in the bathroom. There were holes in the bed sheets along with it being super uncomfortable. There was paint peeling off the cabinets very bad and wood lifting off of the coffee table. The communication with the property was terrible and refused to give a refund even though we left 1 hour after check in to get a different hotel.

ロケーションはアラハビーチのすぐそばでよかったです。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。お水や、洗剤など必需品揃っていて便利でした。 部屋もとても広く快適でした。

− 寝室に遮光カーテンがあれば最高でした。 疲れていたので8時半くらいまで寝ていたかったのですが、6時過ぎにはもう明るくて太陽の光で目覚めてしまいました。
