8.0Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our needs.
− Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our needs. The only minor issue was a faint cigarette smell that we noticed around the room when we returned/left the room. One thing that I found a little uncomfortable was the way the city tax was handled. We were asked to pay it in cash, and when I asked how and when we should pay, the owner suggested leaving the cash on the table so they could come and collect it. I mentioned that we were staying for three days and that I wasn't comfortable with the owner accessing the room while we were away. The alternative offered was to let us know 30 minutes before they came, but that isn't particularly practical when you're travelling and don't want to have to plan your day around waiting for someone to access the room. That said, the overall stay was good. At one point the room became a little warm, and when we mentioned it, they kindly offered us an additional fan, which was much appreciated. All in all, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor things that could be improved. I would recommend the place.

9.0Nos encantó el alojamiento. Limpio, ordenador y decorado con gusto. La anfitriona super simpática y disponible. Ubicado en una zona tranquila de Roma, aunque un poco lejos del centro si te gusta pasear en 30 minutos llegabas a los sitios mas conocidos.

10.0Such a good location to stay, there was a confusion with the booking (I booked junior suite but only clicked 2 people instead of 3) and without any hesitation Adriana helped us & moved us into a different room. She was extremely welcoming & super helpful. The room was great & had everything we needed.
