This is a formal complaint for a refund of three room nights.

Nothing. We had to leave the rental and go to the hotel for the last three nights of the stay at great expense! The rental and bookings.com promised air conditioning! There was zero air conditioning and we had to leave the windows open and my wife was bitten by mosquitos. We complained and he brought a fan but the windows still had to be left open! So my wife got more mosquito bites! The rental contact said the building had central air and there was zero central air and no air conditioning despite that being promised in writing as advertised. We want a refund for three days.

unfortunately NOTHING was good. I was really excited for the stay but got really disappointed.

− Absolutely unacceptable. One of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. Ariana Luxury Guest House was a complete disappointment and nothing like what we expected from the listing. The apartment was extremely dirty, there was visible black mold, and several things were broken or damaged. The overall condition was shocking, especially for a property advertised as a "luxury" guest house. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about this place. The cleanliness was so poor that we felt uncomfortable staying there. Unfortunately, we had to spend one night in these conditions before finding alternative accommodation. We ended up having to book another apartment at very short notice, resulting in significant additional expenses and unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip to Rome. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that these were not minor inconveniences or matters of personal preference. Basic hygiene, proper maintenance, and a clean, safe environment should be the absolute minimum guests can expect when paying for accommodation. The pictures and description created expectations that the actual property simply did not meet. We felt completely misled. I genuinely cannot understand how a property in this condition can be advertised as luxury accommodation. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ariana Luxury Guest House to think twice before booking. Based on our experience, I would never stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend this property. A complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind.
