− The state of the room (cleanliness) was catastrophic. Dirty walls, likely years of grease stains/sebum residue where the bed meets the wall. Right where one of us was supposed to sleep. Rust and verdigris on the shower head, suspicious stains on the bed base... We were not expecting much in terms of location, size or service for this price, yet we were still expecting a basic level of cleanliness. This expectation was not met at all.
