10.0The hotel is lovely , located a bit separated from the crowded city center, but in the meantime close to everything. Lake is only 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Very beautiful territory, garden and the pool. Hotel is more like a boutique stale , quiet, cozy and family owned . The owner Paola is very helpful , always around her guests . The staff in general friendly and I liked that dogs are allowed in all areas .
− I would not recommend booking Mountain View room, as some of them are on the 1st floor and experience from the stay is not that great. However lake view rooms are just amazing

She's helped a lot with our issue and I must say I do love her to the bit :) She deserve a pay raise and I'm tellin you whoever reads this - GAIA and ANNA are awesome and totally professional. I'd like to come back one summer, this stay was totally cool and mainly thanks to GAIA and the Team!

− Das Fitnessstudio könnte etwas größer sein und die Trennung beim Abendessen zwischen Bar (mit ausgewählten Speisen) und Restaurant - obwohl beides zusammenhängend ist - haben wir nicht ganz verstanden.
