− Owner of the property is a fraud & BOOKING.COM had given false information to the customer like me who is a GENIUS level customer. I want my money back for this booking as it was not at all good place to stay with hell lot of problems & dispernces at the hotel. We left the hotel 1 day before only due to the following issues; 1. Cleanliness: It was not at all a clean property with bed covers stinking & the bed roll as well. Even quality of the bedroll was bad. 2. Facilities: They have ZERO facilities at the property like no sign boards on the way to the property. No proper staff to attend the room service, No bells, no intercom, no medical emergency facility or First Aid Box even. 3. Restrauent: The so called restrauent near the swimming pool was a TAPARI enclosed in a coloured plywood partition with ZERO hygiene & cleanliness And the sitting was an old Plastic chairs placed under a green Shed net covered at the top. 4. Staff: They had all the staff which was insufficient & with ZERO knowledge & non co operative . 5. Rooms: We had booked 2 rooms for 6 people as per the confirmation received on the mail, but due to some online glitch it was a cottage which they had provided us without AC (in this scorching heat) The said cottage was a MS Sheet roof with less ventilation & a single fan. 6. Swimming Pool: Sand was lying at the bottom of the swimming pool. 7. Payment: The payment was taken well before in advance immedietly after the booking was made. But the service & property they gave was Hopeless

Very little to like. I guess you could say the suite was spacious and garden/pool area welcome. Decent bed linen, dark brown of course doesn't show wear.

− We booked a Deluxe King Suite with sea view and kitchenette. But what we found was very far away from the description in the details. The room had a terrace but no sea view, just the pool area. There was a lot of empty space with a few items of basic furniture and what was there is very shabby and uncomfortable. No side tables in bedroom, plastic chairs in living room, no table. A tired and grubby sofa bed. It was dusty and superficially looked clean but I went over all the surfaces with wipes and found it was pretty dirty in places. Bathroom is very simple but was ok. Kitchenette non existent, and this was a shock as we planned to self cater. There was an old sink, cold water, no cutlery, no crockery or pans, no glasses, no fridge, no way of cooking even though the room description says you can prepare your own food. Not even a kettle was supplied. The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable with a very thin mattress. We moved after one night and if you want to go to Shiroda beach we recommend a cottage in the Paradise Hotel next door. Very reasonable at 3000/rupees, great restaurant, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Toiletries consisted of only a small bar of soap. We paid £557 for 4 nights between Christmas and NY. We were even asked to pay a 30% deposit within an hour of making the booking and then ''autonatically' charged the full amount a few days before arrival. We knew it was a busy time and potentially inflated prices, but this was an exorbitant price for what we had, and frankly our worst hotel experience ever in India. Over this holiday period we paid less in all our other hotels and had fantastic experiences and hugely better facilities. The off site owner was tetchy and aggressive to deal with. I suspect only the foreigner quests are treated this way. Booking.com should be ashamed of hosting such misleading hoteliers who rip off their customers.

Horrible experience on cleanliness like lizard in room, bathroom full of fungus on curtains, internet not available, tata sky connection deactivated as not paid by property owner

− Bathroom curtains were not clean, Restaurant wasn't keen to serve 2 persons Getting the TV operational took them 3 hours, reason given was that staff was cleaning other rooms. Mobile network not available 😔

The location, Cleanliness and Owners Behaviour and attitude to ensure clients comfort. I really appreciate that.

− Size of the room is small compared the price i paid. The reception staff staying during night is really unprofessional and not at all fit for hotels. The way he talks and gives expression may feel like we are dealing with a security guard. Please improve.
