1.0− The stuff was very unfriendly , very bad communication and behavior . The even don't say good morning or something like that. Very bad experience.bi don't recommend.

10.0Sparking clean, parking place available, amazing breakfast. Excellent soundproofing in the room! Had no change to try the spa facilities because we stayed very shortly, but the barber shop is nice :)

− fondamentalmente hanno disatteso la mia prenotazione (credo per un disguido) . Essendo un viaggiatore con carrozzina ,avevo chiesto una camera per ospiti disabili , ricevuta conferma ma di fatto la camera non era disponibile (già impegnata) . La camera assegnatami era impossibile (la carrozzina non entrava nel bagno) . Ho ricevuto una stanza più grande (apprezzabile) ma di fatto poco o nulla accessibile. Avrei gradito essere avvisato. Inoltre il personale notturno non aveva molta dimestichezza con l'inglese
